The first consultation will last approximately 1-1.5 hours and we will cover all aspects of your current ailment/s. I will also ask about your medical history, major life events and any traumas. There will also be questions about illnesses that run in your family to identify genetic issues and family traits.

Other questions will address topics, such as diet, food desires and dislikes, body temperature and weather preferences, sleep, exercise, digestion, menstruation (where relevant), fears, emotions, relaxation and other topics where appropriate.

There will be plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions and talk about any issues you feel relate to your condition.

At the end of the session, I will recommend booking a follow up appointment, usually in about 4 to 5 weeks. I will contact you by email, within 2-3 days, to let you know which remedy I have chosen to prescribe for you, where to purchase it from, and how often to take it. You will be able to contact me by email to ask any questions about your remedy.
